I have no idea where you took it, but I'm pretty sure you are shooting the window of a building from the outside on a sunny day. The evergreen, the sky, and the two buildings on either side of the tree are reflections. I think the building your are facing is some sort of warehouse or garage, but I'm at a loss as to what the items inside consist of.
By the way, I just got an iPhone and I'm wondering if you could tell me how you are able to get the pictures to show up in your mobile blog posts?
